Thank you for visiting my website!  Here, I hope to help you understand a little bit more about me and what I provide.  I’m a warm and empathic clinician, with a vast array of experience in both common and unique areas of psychology.  I offer a specialty in maternal mental health, pregnancy and complications, including hyperemesis gravidarum, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD), women’s care, and general adult mental health for women.

I have extensive experience from the last eighteen years in areas of sleep disorders, developmental disabilities, ADHD/ADD, bipolar disorder, traumatic brain injury, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders.  I work from a behavioral modification and cognitive behavioral therapy methodology, incorporating stress management, relaxation techniques, mindfulness teachings, and an understanding of how to rewire your brain for more healthful self-talk, self-analysis, and interpretation of the world around you.

My advanced trainings have come from:

BIAMA (brain injury association of Ma)

PPSC (postpartum stress center with Karen Kleiman)

PSI (postpartum support international with Birdie Gunyon-Meyer)

My memberships include MaMHCA, AMHCA, and NAMMA Families
