About Me

“Aside from practicing as a Perinatal Mental Health Clinician in New England, I am an active mother to two boys and enjoy fitness, nature, dare I say “cleaning”, reading, shopping, traveling, HGTV, baking, arts and crafts, drawing ridiculously silly cartoons, making my spaces beautiful and fresh, and spending time with my family and four pets. I enjoy writing and have been featured in online blogs, magazine articles, research journals, and have published a thing or two of my own.  I grew up spending full summers in Clearwater, Florida, and have lived in and traveled to various other states.  I currently live in Metro-West, MA with my husband, two sons, and four pets.”

My advanced trainings have come from:

BIAMA (brain injury association of Ma)

PPSC (postpartum stress center) with Karen Kleiman, in PA

PSI (postpartum support international) with Birdie Gunyon-Meyer, in NY

The Bridge of Central Mass, advanced training in DBT, with Jennifer Eaton.

Seleni Institute, in NY, Maternal Mental Health Intensive: Perinatal Loss & Grief, with Dr. Manzella.

My memberships include MaMHCA, AMHCA, PSI, and NAMMA Families
